Natel’s Policy on Unsolicited Emails (“Spam”)
Natel prohibits the use of our services to engage in any form of unwanted email or other online solicitation (“Spam”). Natel reserves the right to terminate the Internet accounts of solicitors (“Spammers”) without refunds. Additionally, Natel Internet reserves the right to seek legal recourse against Spammers who are members of Natel OR are sending spam to Natel Internet subscribers. If you receive an unwanted email solicitation, please contact customer service. Be sure to include your contact information in the email.
Natel will not read or disclose to third parties private e-mail communications that are transmitted using Natel Internet except as required to operate the service or as otherwise required by law.
Natel may use customer information to investigate and help prevent potentially unlawful activity or activity that threatens the network or otherwise violates the customer agreement for that service. For a detailed list of Natel’s restrictions of use, please see our Acceptable Use Policy.
Customers may use the internet to purchase goods or services through third party web sites (buying gifts or registering to receive materials for example). In such cases, you may be asked to provide personal information such as credit card numbers and addresses. Natel has no control over the use of your personal information by these third parties when you use their services. Please use care when shopping online.
Natel understands that there are materials placed on the Internet that should not be viewed by immature audiences. As a result, no person under the age of 18 may sign up for a Natel Internet account. Natel also recommends that parents or guardians install an Internet filter program to prevent minors from viewing obscene or mature content. However, the best protection for minors is proper adult supervision and instruction. As Natel is a partnership between the company and its customers, we depend on the efforts of parents and guardians to prevent minors from viewing unsuitable materials online.
Revisions To This Policy
Natel may revise, amend, or modify this Agreement and the Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Notice of any revision or amendment will be posted on Natel’s web site. No notice will be provided via email.
